This fun and informative baking class will arm you with a collection of foolproof recipes and practical tips you need to bake and decorate a range of delicious (and gorgeous) cakes for any occasion!
You will gain not only the skills and confidence to create these cakes at home, but also a number of clever decorating ideas you can use to embellish your cakes.
Whether it be a cake for the fundraising stall, a classic sponge for a special afternoon tea or a transportable cake perfect for a picnic, these reliable recipes will become the only cake recipes you really need in your repertoire.
This class is suitable for everyone from absolute beginners through to experienced bakers. It will include morning tea, a demonstration-style workshop, and light lunch to conclude. An intimate group size will allow for "hands-on" opportunities throughout the workshop.
