The love of good food, amazing wine and a whole lot of good times.
From pivoting as senior corporate executives of 25 years and having COVID stop us in our tracks in 2020 to decide to fulfil a lifelong dream of running a business together , do a complete career and lifestyle change was nothing short of being bold or crazy. Yes, this is us, Kitty and Nat and we are still standing.
We welcome you to our Haus, where our view is hospitality is from the heart in both food and service regardless of how we got here.
Milk HAUS was established in 2014 as a wholefoods canteen by founder Danielle who shared the same dream and built up a remarkable venue which was then sold to us in 2020 for its next chapter . We couldn’t be prouder of the evolution of Milk Haus and what it is today.
Our dream was to share our vision in cooking in an idealic location for our wonderful patrons. To learn to grow as much as we possibly can for our seasonal menus. To help community connect with like minded makers such as Motion ceramics in our pop up retail store and Bake Club Australia’s Anneka Manning to facilitate cooking classes here at Milk HAUS. To offer authentic farm accommodation in our farm haus and give our guests a insider view to what its like living here in Milton. To curate a menu that is authentic in flavour, utilising fresh produce in season which we plan and grow from our garden to deliver honest tasty food all cooked from scratch and most importantly from all of our hearts.
Milton and surrounds is a little slice of heaven, rolling green hills, nature in its finest, pristine beaches 10 minutes away, amazing food venues and the most beautiful community & friendships we would ever wish for.
