Milk Haus is lucky to have local growers who supply us with a variety of different fruits, vegetables, eggs and meat. It means that our menu changes seasonally to accommodate what is in our garden and locally. It is also an excellent way to keep our customers guessing, as they never know what they will get to choose to eat for breakfast or lunch.
We start with growing the basics here at the farm and utilising the produce of like minded local farmers, fishermen, artisans and home gardeners. We source delicious honey, cordial and apple juice among other staple goods from locals who share the same passion for food as we do.
