• We cannot provide a refund once a booking has been made and paid for.
• Transfers to another class are available outside of 14 days.
• Within 14 days, we cannot offer a transfer. You are welcome to send someone else in your place.
• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a class if we don’t have at least 6 participants. If this happens you will be given a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.

Have you ever tried to create raw deserts but find the technique a little tricky and the result less than desirable? With 10 years experience in raw food cuisine and a particular interest in raw deserts, Tracey will break it down and show you what she has learnt to create smooth, delicious, impressionable raw treats and cakes.

Saturday 13th April – Fermented Vegetables

Join us as we turn the humble vegetable into gut-boosting, probiotic – rich delights, to enhance and build strong immune systems.
We will create Kimchi, sauerkraut, fermented dill cucumbers and learn about using brines to ferment and preserve vegetables when in season!

When the temperature drops we crave warm comforting food. In this workshop we teach you how to make an unbelievably good tasting broth. Not just any broth but immune-boosting, gut-healing bone broth. Then we discover the many ways in which you can use bone broth throughout your day to super-charge the nutrient density of your food. You’ll be amazed at the recipes using bone broth, including deserts.

Following on from all things health with the bone broth workshop, we dive a little further into the world of gut-healing foods and foods that cause inflammation and discomfort. You will learn how to adapt your favourite recipes into gut-friendly alternatives, learn what to include and what to avoid.  You’ll be surprised at just how tasty healthy food can be.

Saturday 13th July – Raw Food

Winter doesn’t always have to mean hot and stodgy food. Raw food has it’s place in every season. We still need our fresh vegetables to compliment our comfort and warmth. Especially on these bright sunny days around the lunch table. In this workshop we get geared up for the warmer months ahead. By learning a few great dishes and new techniques on how to incorporate fresh food into your diet, you will be off and running by the time spring comes around when your body is craving freshness.
